Welcome to Utah Legal Suite, a division of Professional Service Consultants LLC. Utah Legal Suite provides simple and effective ways to prepare quality first drafts of a wide variety of business and estate planning documents, including Wills and Trusts, LLC documents, and much more. Utah Legal Suite is designed to include all of the typical documents needed by a Utah estate and business planning attorney. Additional templates are being added regularly based on request.

Utah Legal Suite provides different plans to meet your needs. Simply select the Plans link above to determine which plan is best for you. For Apple users, please note the special instructions to you in the various plans. Also, with the Standard and Advanced plans, please note the need for HotDocs software.

All of the plans are designed to be very user friendly. However, as an added service, the Standard and Advanced Plans include an Operations Manual (available at the Download link) and also include up to one hour of free training (telephonic / skype outside of Salt Lake and Utah counties).
